Shipping Details:
We offer a variety of shipping options via USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL. These options and their rates are listed during the checkout process. Items typically ship within 2-3 days from the date on which the order was placed. If you are interested in large/bulk purchases we sometimes offer discounted shipping, please inquire. International buyers are responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes incurred in the course of shipment. HexBG, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost by third-party shipping companies, altough we make every effort to pack items securely. Please purchase insurance if you feel it to be necessary. We reserve the right to alter shipping charges as circumstances warrant and to delay shipment in order to verify payment details.
Returns:
We accept returns on any item we sell you that is damaged or otherwise defective as part of our 100% Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee. Return claims must be filed by emailing admin@ZephyrVaporizers.com within 7 days of receipt of the defective item. In some causes returned items are subject to a restocking fee to reflect costs incurred on the customers behalf. HexBG, LLC is not responsible for items damaged in transit or through improper use.
